Ball Valve Lockout - Universal Swing Arm

A universal lockout for lever-handle (right-angle turning) ball valves — the valves with a straight handle that turns 90°, which a clamshell cover cannot hold. A support rod sits against the valve and a swing arm pins the handle so it cannot be turned, then locks off with a padlock.

• Suits handle widths up to 40 mm and thickness up to 28 mm
• 200 mm swing arm, 170 mm support rod
• Reinforced PA nylon with a stainless steel arm and rod

For the lever-operated ball and quarter-turn valves that the sized gate-valve covers do not fit.
