These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us.
Who we are
This website is operated by Worrall Investments Limited, a New Zealand company trading
as LockoutTagout NZ. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Worrall Investments
Limited, and "you" means the person or business placing an order.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and
dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example if the item is not in stock,
if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
If we decline after payment, we will refund you in full.
Prices and GST
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15% unless stated otherwise.
GST invoices are issued for every order. We may change prices at any time, but a change
will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering unless you hold an approved trade account with us,
in which case your agreed terms apply.
Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery
timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product information and selection
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and
fitment. Sizing information — breaker handle widths, valve handwheel diameters, shackle
clearances and the like — is provided to help you choose, and we are glad to advise, but
it remains your responsibility to confirm a device is suitable for your equipment and
your situation.
Nothing on this website, including our guidance material, is a substitute for your own
risk assessment, your isolation procedure, or the training of the people who will use
these products. We supply hardware. We do not certify, approve or take responsibility
for any workplace's lockout/tagout procedure or its compliance with the Health and Safety
at Work Act 2015 or any other obligation.
Images are representative. Minor variations in colour, marking or finish can occur
between production batches.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, photographs, layout and design — belongs to us or is
used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the
Fair Trading Act 1986, or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where you acquire goods from us for the purposes of a business, and to the extent the law
allows, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for
the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including
loss of profit, production or contracts.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy
Act 2020.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website when
you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive
jurisdiction.
