A gas cylinder lockout, clamping over the cylinder valve and neck ring so the valve cannot be opened. Takes up to three padlocks. Heat-resistant polypropylene, yellow. Used wherever a gas supply forms part of an isolation — welding gas, process gas, cylinder stores.
