Electric Solenoid Lockout

A hinged cover for solenoid valves. It closes around the coil and its connector so the plug cannot be re-seated while work is underway, and takes a padlock through the hole in the top — the valve stays de-energised until the lock comes off.

Solenoid valves are easy to miss in an isolation. The pipework is obvious; the small electrical actuator driving it is not. Pulling the coil connector is not an isolation until the connector is covered and locked.
