New Zealand
- $12.50 — overnight courier, orders under $400
- Free — orders of $400 or more
Both figures include GST, and the $400 threshold is the order total before shipping.
Same-day dispatch
From Wednesday 5 August, orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed and shipped that day, by overnight courier. Orders placed after 2pm, or over a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next working day.
Overnight is the courier’s target, not a guarantee — and it is worth knowing that rural addresses generally take an extra day. If you have a job waiting on the gear, tell us and we will let you know what is realistic before you order.
If something shows as sold out
We would rather tell you the truth than take your money and leave you waiting, so the website will not let you order something we do not have on the shelf.

We will tell you straight away where it is: often we can air-freight it in within about a week, sometimes there is an alternative in stock that does the same job, and occasionally the honest answer is that it will be a while. You will get a real answer from the people who own the business, not an automated back-order confirmation.
Keyed-alike padlock sets
Keyed alike is made to order and air-freighted to your key specification — allow about one week. You can order it on the site any time; the option is labelled so you know before you add it to the cart. Adding to an existing set? Put your key code in the order notes and we will match it.
Larger orders and account customers
Buying for a site rather than a van? Open a trade account or get in touch — we quote larger orders directly, and we can work through keying schemes, colour-coding by department and engraved numbering before you commit. That is usually a better outcome than adding to cart.
Overseas
We ship to a range of countries outside New Zealand; the rate is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
