Open a Trade Account

If you buy isolation hardware regularly — for a site, a maintenance team or a contracting business — a trade account is usually easier than paying by card each time.

What an account gives you

  • Invoiced orders on agreed payment terms, instead of card-on-order
  • Order by email or phone — tell us what you need and we will send it, with the invoice to follow
  • Your keying scheme on file — so repeat padlock orders match the keys you already hold, without you having to dig out the code
  • Help specifying — send us a photo of a breaker or a valve and we will tell you which device fits, before you buy the wrong one
  • Quotes for larger requirements, and pricing on volume

You are dealing directly with the owners of the business, not a call centre.

We use these details to assess and set up your account and to supply you. We do not sell or share them. Accounts are subject to approval, and payment terms are confirmed in writing once an account is opened — until then, orders can be placed on the website by card.
