Dustproof Nylon Padlock

The dustproof version of our 38mm nylon safety padlock, with rubber sleeves sealing the keyway at the base and the shackle holes. In a genuinely dirty plant — quarry, cement, timber, grain, foundry — dust packs into an unprotected keyway and a jammed lock is a serious problem when it is the thing holding an isolation. The sleeves keep the grit out. Otherwise identical to the standard lock: non-conductive nylon body and shackle, key-retaining.

Keying options

• Keyed different (standard) — every padlock has its own unique key. The safe default for personal lockout: your key opens only your lock. Held in stock — first dispatch Wednesday 5 August, then dispatched the day you order.
• Keyed alike — a set of padlocks that all open with the same key. Made to order and air-freighted to your key specification: allow about one week for delivery. Adding locks to an existing set? Put your key code in the order notes at checkout.
