Double-End Aluminium Hasp - 38mm & 25mm Jaws
An aluminium lockout hasp with a jaw at each end — 38 mm at the head, 25 mm at the tail. One hasp covers two sizes of isolation point, so a technician carrying one device can lock onto a wider handle or a narrower one without going back to the van for a second hasp.
Like any hasp, it is the device that makes group lockout work: each worker applies their own padlock, and the hasp cannot be released until the last lock comes off. The machine stays isolated while anyone is still working on it.
- 38 mm jaw one end, 25 mm jaw the other
- Aluminium — lighter to carry all day than steel, and spark-proof
- Takes multiple safety padlocks for group lockout
Hasps are not supplied with padlocks. Each worker needs their own keyed-different safety padlock — your key releases only your lock, which is the whole point of personal lockout. For jobs bigger than a hasp will take, use a group lock box instead.
